  • We always strive to offer the best quality of workshops, courses, and challenges to our community. All our courses, workshops, and related services are non-refundable. Once the booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This is to maintain the quality of service and commitment to our participants.

2. Product Returns

  • While we do not accept returns for most products, we recognize that there may be rare circumstances where a replacement is warranted. Below are the terms under which a product can be replaced:
  1. Eligibility for Replacement:
    • Products are eligible for a free replacement only in the unlikely event of:
      • Damage during shipping.
      • Defective items.
      • Delivery of an incorrect product (different from what was ordered).
  2. Timeframe for Initiating a Replacement:
    • All replacement requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of the product.
    • Orders typically take 3-4 working days to be dispatched from our end.
  3. Condition for Return:
    • To be eligible for a replacement, products must be returned in the original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and tags intact.
  4. Exchanges:
    • We only offer exchanges for eligible products, and no refunds will be provided.
  5. Return Shipping Costs:
    • If a product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
